Melchiò takes its name from Caterina’s grandfather, Vincenzo, known as “Marchionn,” with the aim of conveying a strong sense of familiarity and allowing each guest to feel at home. The restaurant was born from her husband Vito’s great desire to put his creativity and love for cooking into practice.
